本片是2019年制作放送的中华小当家新动画，不是上世纪末的童年回忆，想怀古的观众可能要失望了。
原盘画质较差，主要问题是过量噪点经过编码后引起的欠码。线条有比较严重的蚊噪，另外还有一定程度的振铃和较强的锯齿。平面因为噪点的关系没什么色带，取而代之的是色块和烂噪。我们使用了比较激进的降噪手段并重构了噪点层，以改善欠码造成的观感问题。剩下就是一些常规处理：去色带、抗锯齿、去振铃、补偿性锐化。
This is the new animation “Shin Chuuka Ichiban!” produced and aired in 2019, not the childhood memory from the late 90s, so you might be disappointed if you are looking for a nostalgic trip.
The image quality of the BD source is poor, mainly due to insufficient bitrate caused by excessive noise after encoding. The lines suffer from severe DCT noise, and there is also a significant amount of ringing and aliasing. The flat areas are free of banding due to the noise, but instead exhibit blocking and badly encoded grain. We employed aggressive denoising and reconstructed the grain layer to mitigate the visual issues caused by insufficient bitrate. The rest are standard processings: de-banding, anti-aliasing, de-ringing, and compensatory sharpening.
